School Breakfast and Lunch Menus
Providing healthy meals is a top priority of the Tempe Elementary School District. Our dedicated staff prepares nutritional breakfasts and lunches at all of our school every school day. Children may buy lunch for $1.75 (Elementary) and $2.00 (Middle School) and breakfast for $1.00.
You can now put money on your child’s account from home. Visit mylunchmoney.com for more details.
Meals are also available free or at a reduced price. The cost of a reduced-price meal is $0.40 for lunch and $0.20 for breakfast. You can read more about free or reduced-price meals visiting our Nutritional Services main page. We also provide nutritious snacks at several after school programs.
DID YOU KNOW?
The School Breakfast and National School Lunch Program benefits for free or reduced price meals can be applied for at any time during the school year.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO YOU?
If your family has been faced with one of the following situations since you first applied for benefits, your eligibility for free or reduced price meals for your child/children may have changed.
· Loss of a job
· Hours reduced causing you to earn less money
· Family member that had an income included in your original application has moved out of your house
· You have added to your family size
· You have lost your home
· You applied for and received cash assistance or food stamps
You can print an application from our Nutritional Services main page, or pick one up from your school office or cafeteria manager. Just complete the form and return it to the cafeteria manager. Nutritional Services takes pride in supporting student achievement by ensuring our students have access to nutritious meals.
