Facility Use The Tempe Elementary School District has a variety of facilites located throughout the city of Tempe, Phoenix, and Guadalupe to meet your organization's needs. A map of these locations is located below. A printable version can be found at the bottom of the page.
School facilities and the District Office are open for lease to any person, group, or organization for any lawful purpose in the interest of the community. In order to use a District facility (i.e., fields, courts, classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, or conference rooms at the Sanchez Administration Center), please follow these steps:
1. Submit a completed and signed Facilities Use Application Form (available under "Related Files" below) to the school office (of the location requested) with a $15 application fee.
2. Obtain Liability Insurance for $1 million listing the Tempe Elementary School District as additionally insured.
3. Provide a $250 damage deposit (refundable).
4. If applicable, submit a copy of your 501(c)3.
