Please keep in mind that registration takes about an hour. It’s important to register early, as classes at some Tempe Elementary Schools reach capacity very quickly.

The following THREE items are needed to enroll your child:

  1. Certified Birth Certificate (may be obtained from the state of birth) For children who were born in Arizona, a certified birth certificate may be obtained by an immediate family member at the Arizona Office of Vital Records, 1818 West Adams St., Phoenix, AZ 85007 (www.hs.state.az.us/vitalrcd). A certified birth certificate can also be obtained through express service on the Internet at www.vitalchek.com. For more information call: (602) 364-1300.

  2. Two documents showing proof of address (such as mortgage or lease agreement, utility bills, etc.)
