Regular meetings are scheduled at 7 p.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of the month all year at the Sanchez Administration Center, 3205 S. Rural Road, Tempe.

At least 24 hours prior to a Board meeting the agenda is posted on this web site and outside the Sanchez Administration Center, 3205 S. Rural Road, Tempe, AZ.

Community members are encouraged to attend the Tempe Elementary School District Governing Board.meetings. All Board meetings, except executive sessions, are open to the public.

Under Arizona law, the Board may call an executive session to discuss personnel matters, legal matters with attorneys, and other items.

Community members may address the Board on agenda items by completing a request card for submission to the Board secretary.

All regular meetings are videotaped and replayed every Saturday at 6:00 a.m. on Cox Cable Channel 99 and on cable TV Tempe 11 every Tuesday at 10:00 p.m., Thursday at 4:00 p.m. and Friday at 10:30 a.m.

Executive sessions will be scheduled as needed before or after regular Board meetings or as desired by the Board. Study sessions will be scheduled as needed.
