One of the many benefits you receive as a TD#3 employee is the opportunity to contribute to a tax deferred annuity to supplement your retirement savings plan. In October 2008, ING (now Voya Financial) was awarded a contract to be the sole provider of 403(b) and 457(b) services to the District. Since that time, employees have been able to open an optional 403(b)/457(b) investment account or Roth 403(b)/457(b) with Voya and rollover funds from previously established 403(b) accounts into a Voya account.
TD#3 employees can set up 403(b) and/or 457(b) accounts at any time during the year. Contributions to 403(b) and 457(b) plans are made pre-tax through automatic payroll deductions. Roth 403(b)/457(b) contributions are made after-tax through automatic payroll deductions. Payroll deduction amounts may be modified or stopped at any time by contacting the Payroll Department.
In order to administer these plans in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, TD#3 utilizes planwithease.com. Planwithease.com is a plan administration service offered through Voya. With planwithease.com, you can access your 403(b) and 457(b) account information and request approval for transactions such as withdrawals, rollovers, exchanges and transfers anytime on-line as well as obtain investment information, use financial tools and calculators and much more. To protect your information, planwithease.com uses encrypted electronic data files over secure internet channels.
Employees who have established 403(b) accounts with other vendors prior to December 2008 may also be able to access information through the planwithease.com website. If your vendor is listed below, use planwithease.com to access your account information and perform various transactions including rollovers, transfers and withdrawals.

To access your account, go to www.planwithease.com. For your initial login, use your nine digit social security number as your user ID. Your temporary password will be your birth date in month/month/year/year format. This means that if your birthday is January 18, 1955, the password would be 0155. The 01 is from January (always use 2 numbers) and the 55 is from the last two digits of the birth year. The day of your birth is not used. After your user ID and password have been typed in, click on “Participant”. Be careful about putting this information in - if it is put in incorrectly too many times, it will lock you out and you will need to have your password reset. To have your password reset, go to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon entering the site for the first time, you will be asked to verify some of your information and change your password. After completing your password change, it is important that you safeguard your password. You will also be asked to provide an email address to which communication may be sent. Use the menu listed at the top of the screen to choose your activity.
