To become a registered vendor and to download bids/proposals from the Tempe Elementary School District, please visit the following website:  www.azpurchasing.org

Tempe Elementary School District is requesting vendors to complete an on-line registration at the above link in order to be notified of open solicitations.  Arizona Purchasing is a website dedicated to Arizona school districts for the purpose of developing a central and statewide prospective bidder’s list and posting solicitations on-line. 

Registration is not necessary if you have completed a Vendor Registration Application at azpurchasing.org.  However, please be sure to indicate Maricopa County to receive Tempe Elementary School District’s solicitations.

Tempe Elementary School District will only be using this on-line system for its notification of solicitations. 

Tempe Elementary School District encourages participation by all businesses in our solicitation process, including but not limited to: local businesses, small businesses, minority-owned firms, and women's business enterprises. 


Bid/Proposal Submittal Instructions 

The Purchasing Department will not accept electronic or fax bid submittals. Bidders are required to submit original bid packets to the Purchasing Office in person or via mail before the solicitation bid opening date and time.   

Daylight Saving Time is not observed in Arizona.  In the summer, local time in Arizona is the same as Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). In the winter, Arizona is on Mountain Standard Time (MST).

Bid packets must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the solicitation number, vendor name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. Mail or hand deliver your bid packet prior to the specified time and date of solicitation opening to the following address:
