2008-2009 WTA Registration

Parents must attend at least one Parent Information Night:
November 25, 2008; 6:30-7:30 p.m.
December 3, 2008; 6:30-7:30 p.m.
January 13, 2009; 6:30-7:30 p.m.

• Sibling Registration has not yet been determined.
• General Registration has not yet been determined.

Registration beyond our enrollment capacity will be placed on a waiting list.

Please bring the following documents with you and plan on spending approximately 1 hour to register your child:
1. Your child's birth certificate.
2. Your child's immunization records.
3. Two (2) documents showing proof of residence, for example, rental agreement, utility bills, etc.
