Tips for Staying Happy and Hopeful While Social Distancing
During this unprecedented time, it's important to take care of yourself and your family. One way to do that is by staying hopeful and finding creative ways to pass the time together. We've rounded up some ideas and are sharing them below.

Take a walk outside
Practice mindfulness - for kids and for adults
Do yard work
Watch live virtual concerts
Learn a language - TD3 students can use Rosetta Stone; you can also try free apps like Duolingo or Memrise
Organize a closet
Read a good book
Get creative! Draw or paint a picture
Listen to music or a podcast
Cook a meal
Do crossword puzzles or word searches
Do a puzzle
Have a family game night
Memorize something - State capitols, Periodic table, an inspiring poem or quote. Memorization is good for our brains, and improves our ability to think and learn.
Go for a drive
Video chat a friend or family member
