Proposed Boundary Map Changes
At the February 19, 2025 Tempe Elementary Governing Board Meeting, Superintendent Dr. James Driscoll presented on Future Planning and specifically school boundaries.
At this meeting, the Governing Board approved changing school boundaries for Arredondo, Carminati, and Fees College Preparatory Middle School for the purpose of opening and/or expanding educational opportunities including the following:
- K-8 ASPIRE Gifted Academy at Arredondo Elementary School
- Early Childhood Center at Carminati Elementary School
- Middle School Career Exploration at Fees College Preparatory Middle School
Additional details about these new educational opportunities will be communicated in the upcoming weeks.
The school boundary adjustment will take effect beginning in the 2025-2026 school year for Arredondo Elementary and Carminati Elementary. The school boundary adjustment for Fees College Preparatory Middle School could take effect as early as the 2026-2027 school year.
The Tempe Elementary School District will communicate to all impacted families who reside within the adjusted boundary areas. We will assist families in this process to ensure a smooth transition to their new school.
