Strategic Plan
Where Vision Becomes Reality
Tempe Elementary Schools' strategic planning process, led by Superintendent Dr. James Driscoll, is the result of an intentionally designed, collaborative effort among internal and external stakeholders. The five-year operational plan was completed in June 2022, with the assistance of education summits, focus groups, and community surveys from students, families, staff and community representatives guiding the district in planning, purchasing and implementation.
What the Plan Means to Our Families
The strategic plan guides the district toward continued success by laying a path of big ideas, goals, objectives and a timeline to strive and achieve. It's important we gain support and trust from our families by sharing how they can be a part of the plan and get involved. By surveying our families, sharing research and being transparent with how we decide our goals, we will ultimately achieve a higher success for students and their families.
