Leadership
Centralized Leadership
The Tempe Schools leadership structure places students in the center of all decisions with communication transferring in both directions rather than top down. In 2023, the effort to create this new district hierarchy was led by Superintendent Dr. James Driscoll. The result of that work is a circular organizational chart, which provides strong centralized leadership supporting increased collaboration, communications, and resource-sharing across all enterprises and areas of focus.
