Families interested in applying for one or multiple specialty schools (ASPIRE Academy at Connolly, McKemy Academy, Meyer Montessori, and Ward Traditional Academy*) are encouraged to submit applications as early as possible.
February 25 begins the first open enrollment application two-week period for The Immersive 9 at the Arredondo Campus, with priority categories listed below.
December 12 began the first open enrollment application two-week period for ASPIRE at Connolly, McKemy Academy, Meyer Montessori, and Ward Traditional Academy, with priority categories below:
- Returning students. (Returning students are not required to complete an application.)
- Siblings of resident transfer and nonresident students currently enrolled at the school.
- Children of a District employee.
- New resident transfer student or new nonresident student.
If the number of applications received during the first open enrollment application period is greater than the number of available seats, a lottery will take place utilizing the priority categories listed above.
After the first open enrollment application period, open enrollment applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis with no priority.
