The Facilities Management Department oversees building maintenance, construction and renovation projects, warehouse distribution, custodial and inspects school sites for safety and security.

BOND UPDATE

Critical Maintenance Projects

Facilities Management is continuing with our mission to improve our school environments by replacing and upgrading building components.  Those components include items such as; HVAC chillers, cooling towers, and compressors, fire alarm systems, intercom systems, roofing, flooring, security fences, bleachers, painting, and electrical upgrades to support technology.  Also, the building exteriors have been weatherproofed and parking lots repaired and sealed.

Cooling: 74 to 78 degrees Cooling: 83 to 85 degrees
Heating:68 to 72 degrees Heating: 55degrees
