Dietary Accommodations

Nutrition Services understands the importance of making dietary accommodations for medical conditions affecting our students and provides accommodations to students with disabilities or medical conditions.

In order to receive accommodations, students must submit a completed Special Medical Diet Request Form signed by a state licensed health care professional. The form must be completed in its entirety and returned to the school Nurse’s Office or emailed to Nutrition Services Assistant Director Haley Dean.
